1. Digital Products (Videos, PDFs & File Downloads)

Downloadable PDFs, and digital files from our online store, are delivered instantly via your account or email.
All tutorials (including Petals TV) can be viewed via our streaming service directly from the website and will not show in your account purchases. You will have unlimited access to purchased tutorials and must be signed into your account.
Digital purchases are non-refundable, as access is provided immediately.
Digital files are for personal use only and must not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
If you experience download issues, please contact us and we will assist you.

2. Subscriptions

Our subscription provides monthly access to tutorials and livestreams
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time through your account; access continues until the end of the billing period.
Subscription payments are non-refundable, except in the case of billing errors.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective.

Cancellation Policy:

If you, as the customer, decide to cancel your order at any stage after a deposit has been made, we reserve the right to withhold the full deposit amount.

If the order is cancelled after the full balance has been paid and before the product has been produced, then you may be entitled to a 50% refund.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if these terms are not met.

Workshops:

Workshops purchased through the website require a non-refundable deposit upon booking.

If cancellation of the workshop is made by the customer after purchase and before the scheduled date then you may not be entitled to a refund. However, a rearrangement may be possible depending on availability.

We reserve the right to cancel any workshops without explanation. If this applies then you, as the customer will receive a full refund.

Workshops are in person at our location, Please arrive at your specified start time. We reserve the right to cancel a workshop if the attendee is more than 15 minutes later arriving than the specified start time.

Workshop e-vouchers:

Vouchers are redeemable for workshops only (subject to availability) and are non-refundable.
